Terms of Service
1. About the service
Douwab Publisher ("the App") is a private publishing tool operated by Abdelmounaim Belghalem ("we", "us"). It lets the owner of the Douwab YouTube channel upload and schedule their own videos on YouTube and read analytics about that channel. The App is not offered to the general public.
2. Who can use it
Only the account owner, authorised by us, may sign in to the App with Google. By connecting a YouTube channel, you confirm that you own it or are allowed to act on its behalf, and that you accept these terms and the YouTube Terms of Service.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos and captions you publish through the App. You are solely responsible for that content and must make sure it follows YouTube's Community Guidelines and applicable law, including copyright. The App only sends content to YouTube when you ask it to.
4. YouTube connection
The App uses Google Sign-In, the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API. Access is limited to the permissions you approve on Google's consent screen. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the App to post spam, to publish content you do not have rights to, to access accounts you do not own, or to break YouTube's rules or any law.
6. Availability and liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend or stop it at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including failed or delayed posts.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
